joined litterbug in 2006, although he did appear on some 2004 recordings
on the kaiser and hollis
albums. he is the only member of litterbug to turn state's evidence after
infiltrating an outlaw babysitting racket in boise, idaho, and can be credited
for putting away some nasty people for a long time. recovering from his
face-altering plastic surgery, spencer took up drums, received his masters
in philosophy, and studied the fine art of cheese sampling. he is largely
responsible for how this website looks and has brought much to litterbug
with his drumming, bass playing and guitar playing.
